LVS EN ISO 17100:2015
ISO 17100 is a quality standard developed especially for translation service providers. The standard ensures a consistent quality of service.
The ISO 17100 standard sets out the:
• basic requirements for human resources and processes used in the provision of translation services;
• relationship between client and service provider; and
• procedures for translation services.
The standard also covers project registration, technical pre-translation processes, source-text analysis, style guides and other added-value services.
Every year, an independent organisation (Bureau Veritas Latvia) independently audits us for the maintenance or recertification of all three of these quality-management systems.
