Terminology
Controller — a natural person or a legal entity, a state or a local government institution, which, alone or together with others, determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.
Data subject — a natural person who has been identified or has not yet been identified but whose identity can be determined by obtaining additional information.
Personal data — any information relating to an identified or identifiable person by which a person can be identified (such as name, surname, phone number, email address, address of residence, personal medical history, information about income, a photo, location data, passport data, etc.).
Privacy Policy — a document containing information on the internal procedures and guidelines of SIA “Linearis” for the protection, storage, correction, deletion and possible transfer of data to third parties in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Potential Data Recipients
Employees of SIA “Linearis” who are involved in activities related to data. (Only duly assigned and authorised employees and data processors may access your data [using their ID access for the respective systems] and process the data within the limits of their authorisation within the scope necessary for drafting and executing orders, invoicing, and sorting databases.)
Outsourced services (accounting services, IT system developers or debt collection companies). They process personal data only for the purposes stated in the agreement and only to the extent specified.
In certain cases, data may be transferred to law enforcement or local government authorities, if required from SIA “Linearis” by applicable laws and regulations or a legitimate request from the relevant public authority.

Use of Cloud- Based Technologies for Interpreting
For interpreting and any other video/voice transfer services, SIA “Linearis” uses cloud- based platforms Zoom and Interactio. The Privacy Policies of both platforms state that they apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

How long do we store your data?
In our system – as long as cooperation lasts and 5 years after the last order execution/service delivery.
Contracts and accounting documents – for the period stipulated in the laws of the republic of Latvia
